The sole responsibility of the Instructors of the Chess Club is to organize and conduct the chess activity during club hours. Parents and guardians are sole responsible for the behaviour and conduct of their children. The Instructors hold themselves blameless for any consequences of misbehaviour on the part of the students and from any damage to property, or injury whatsoever to persons attending this chess activity. The membership may cease as a result of repeated misbehaviour.
