The Burnaby Junior Chess club (BJCC) has children learning chess from Burnaby, Richmond, Vancouver, Coquitlam, Port Moody, and Surrey. The BJCC is committed to the study and knowledge of the game of chess for children.  Chess for children will, no doubt, improve their academic and social skills - see other benefits of chess.

The Burnaby Junior chess Club will be promoting chess through various activities including, but not limited to, casual and tournament play within the club, teaching, lectures, special guest appearances, simultaneous exhibitions and trips to chess competitions.

Online Club Membership

Click here if you are already a member of the club and want to complete the online form to become an Online Club Member . You will be sent a Username and password to the e-mail address you entered.  Before you are able to log in, however, you may wait up to 2 business days for the administrator to approve your membership application.

Once your membership has been approved, the administrator will send you a confirmation e-mail welcoming you as an Active Online Club Member and then you will be able to log into the Members Area only.
